Terms of Service
Last updated: November 28, 2025
These Terms explain how you can use Tiddle. We're a small business, so we've written them to be straightforward and fair. Using Tiddle means you agree to these Terms, so please take a moment to read through them. We promise - they are not too long or confusing!
1. Your agreement with Tiddle
When you create an account or use the Reply Assistant, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the service.
2. What you’re responsible for
- The content of the emails you send using Tiddle.
- Connecting only inboxes you have the right to use.
- Complying with email and communication laws in your region.
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
In short: Tiddle accelerates your replies, but you are still the sender.
3. What Tiddle is responsible for
Tiddle provides AI-powered reply suggestions and productivity insights. We work hard to keep the service reliable, secure, and helpful. Because it’s an AI tool, we can’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for every message or situation.
You approve every email before sending — nothing ever goes out automatically.
4. Changes to the service
We may update features, improve the product, or adjust pricing as Tiddle grows. During Early Access, the product will evolve quickly — often based on feedback from small businesses like yours.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiddle and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Because you review and approve every message, you are responsible for the communication you send.
